Therein lies the problem, because the story the movie is based on makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Dude. This was such a legit movie. If you like the 80's/early 90's, are sad that Miami Vice is over, and loved "Monk" and want to see Tony Shaloub play a non-dysfunctional douche, then this is the movie for you! Plus I'm pretty sure its on netflix
